1. First Step: Is the Site Right?
Before making any commitments, we help you assess whether your block is suitable for an NDIS-compliant home design. This includes reviewing zoning requirements, site access, topography, and proximity to essential services factors that, if overlooked, could create significant challenges later in the process.
We’ll also provide a preliminary indication of how many residents the site could accommodate, based on NDIS design standards and council expectations.
Taking these steps early is the smart way to move forward, giving you clarity and confidence before investing further.
2. Development Application (DA) — We Handle It
We design homes that meet NDIS home design services criteria while still feeling warm and liveable. We bring together creativity and compliance in every building design for your NDIS project. Our team understands the fine balance between what’s required by code and what’s truly needed for people to live well.
