4. Construction Certificate (CC) Support
If you’re unable to proceed with a CDC, then once your DA is approved, we guide you through the Construction Certificate process. Our team prepares detailed plans for builders, manages submissions through the NSW Planning Portal, and liaises directly with your certifier to ensure every compliance requirement is met.
