ES Design were a pleasure to work with. Not only were they hard working and kept things organised and progressed, they were incredibly experienced and knowledgable on the CDC process. The CDC process isn’t taken up as much as it can be and often down to difficulty in getting consultants to do this work because it’s much more involved than a DA, but I am really glad we decided to go down this path with ES design, saving us considerable time delays with council. ES Design also delivered an amazing design, being exactly the style and type of housing we envisioned.
